Roadway Analysis and Design. Location studies, hydraulic analysis, pavement analysis, and
review of current transportation to ensure compatibility with existing systems
and adjacent facilities.
Utility Design & Modifications. Design for both large and
small diameter pipeline projects including route studies, surveys, alignments,
utility and construction conflicts, and construction cost estimates.
Urban Drainage.
Subdivision drainage, economic feasibility studies, highway
drainage, storm drainage, and detention basins.
Floodplain and Watershed Management. Soil conservation studies,
basin studies, floodplain reclamation, environmental impact assessments,
floodplain mapping, flood potential analysis, and master planning.

Land Planning/Development
|
|
U/E has extensive experience designing
master planned developments for single-family residential, multi-family and
commercial/industrial use. We offer
property rezoning, concept plans, platting including tentative and final plats,
design documents for grading and drainage, and design of all infrastructure
improvements including paving, sewer and water distribution.
Site Design.
Complete site plan design including field surveys, preparation
of construction documents, drainage analysis and design, on and off-site
utilities, roads, parking areas, and cost estimates.

Land Surveying
|
|
U/E utilizes total station and GPS
surveying equipment to provide fast, efficient and accurate survey data to meet
design & construction requirements. Field Personnel are supported by Survey Technicians who provide
calculations and finished drawings.
Design Surveys.
Topographic, boundary, and culture surveys for design of roads
and bridges, hydrologic and hydraulic structures, subdivision infrastructure,
water and wastewater structures, landfill facilities, and airports including
aprons and taxiways.
Right-of-Way Services. Right-of-way studies to determine access needs, preparation of
right-of-way plans and legal descriptions, and assisting with the right-of-way
acquisition process.

Research and Expert Witness Testimony for Disputed
Surveys.
Construction Staking.
Subdivisions, buildings, utilities, roads, parking

U/E’S Computer Network Manager maintains our high-speed network with the latest
software technology including AutoCAD, Land Development Desktop and
Survey/Civil Modules, MicroStation, the most recent revisions of StormCAD,
FlowMaster, CulvertMaster, WaterCAD, Haestad Methods, Suretrak Project
Management software, Microsoft Office products, and High-Speed Internet Access.
